This policy explains what information Personal Trainer Dubai (“we”, “us”) collects, why, and what we do with it. We keep it short and simple, because we collect very little.
What we collect
- Information you send us on WhatsApp. The forms on this website don’t store anything — they only prepare a WhatsApp message for you. If you choose to send it, we receive what you wrote (for example your name, area, goal and preferred times) and your WhatsApp number.
- Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider (Netlify) processes standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and keep it secure. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive similar technical data.
We don’t use advertising trackers, and we don’t ask you to create an account.
How we use it
- To reply to you and understand what you’re looking for.
- To match you with a suitable trainer or, if you’re a trainer, to consider you for the network.
- To follow up about your request.
Who we share it with
If you ask us to find you a trainer, we share the details needed for the match (such as your first name, area, goal and schedule, and your number if you agree) with the trainer we suggest. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep WhatsApp conversations only as long as they’re useful for your request or our relationship with you. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us on WhatsApp what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we’ll do so.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
