These are the simple terms for trainers and academies who join the Personal Trainer Dubai network. If anything is unclear, message us on WhatsApp before you join.
1. Joining
- Every trainer has an interview with us before joining, so we understand your experience, specialty, areas and coaching style.
- You confirm that the information you give us — qualifications, experience and specialties — is true.
- You’re responsible for holding any qualifications, permits, registrations and insurance required to work as a trainer in the UAE.
2. Fees
- Being listed in the network costs one monthly listing fee. We’ll confirm the amount with you before you join.
- We take no commission on your sessions. What clients pay you is yours.
- Brand studio services (websites, logos, content) are quoted and paid separately.
3. How matching works
- When a client contacts us, we suggest a trainer whose specialty, area and availability fit their request.
- You’re free to accept or decline any client.
- You set your own rates, areas and hours, and agree sessions directly with the client.
- We can’t guarantee a specific number of clients in any month.
4. No exclusivity
You keep your own clients and can work with any gym, studio or platform you like. Joining the network simply adds clients to your schedule.
5. Professional standards
- Treat clients with respect, arrive on time and train them safely.
- Ask about injuries and health before training, and adapt sessions accordingly.
- Keep clients’ personal information private.
If we receive serious complaints, we may pause or remove a listing.
6. Leaving
You can leave the network at any time by telling us on WhatsApp. Your listing ends at the end of the month you’ve paid for.
7. Changes
If we change these terms, we’ll tell listed trainers on WhatsApp before the changes apply.
